Dan Gambardello has a talent for merging solid interpersonal and communication skills to forge, nurture and maintain strong business and customer relationships. He passionately and enthusiastically collaborates with internal colleagues to achieve established goals and expectations within Xpress Healthcare.
Dan established and built a company manufacturing a DRTV (Direct Response Television) product from the ground up, capturing immediate market share in a competitive industry. While doing this, he was able to utilize strong negotiation talents to market the product effectively, securing a high profile sales pitch on an international channel, maximizing publicity and desirability within an increasingly challenging sector.
Furthermore, Dan Gambardello has been a seeker of new things and the pioneer of new ideas throughout his whole career. He’s constantly committing himself to personally define “innovation” on every level imaginable and every aspect conceivable. Since the age of 19 Mr. Gambardello has had a variety of experiences from real estate, the stock market, and internet marketing.
If you talk to Dan you’ll immediately realize his love for re-invention and his passion for innovation. His faith and experience with people combined with marketing technology and communication advancements have served as a unbreakable platform and foundation for the idea of Xpress Healthcare.

Ed Pettola

At the age of 19, Ed Pettola founded a Real Estate Development and Land Management Firm specializing in Myrtle Beach residential resort properties. The company oversaw property management teams and worked closely with mortgage brokers and loan agencies.
In 2006, Ed graduated with a Bachelors degree from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. In his senior year of study, he obtained an internship with ADP, a fortune 100 organization. Ed was given the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with upper management to develop an internship program that would later be duplicated and spread throughout the entire company. Ed was a District Manager in the Philadelphia area where he obtained numerous sales awards such as Partner of The Year, 100% club and managed several large acquisitions within the first year.
Knowing that he wanted to break into the insurance industry, in 2008 Ed became a licensed insurance broker. After a few short years working as an independent broker, he obtained a large book of business and became a Managing Member of A.J. Pettola & Associates. Most of his work was focused on employee benefits for small to medium size companies.
Ed quickly realized the growing concern with the struggling economy and health care crisis and Co-founded Xpress HealthCare. Ed is committed to offer their discount healthcare programs and services to the millions of struggling families in America while offering an extremely lucrative business opportunity to those who are looking for a change.
Ed Pettola currently resides in Yardley, PA and is married to his wife Arisa.
Tony Pettola
Managing Member
Anthony J. Pettola, Jr., CLU entered the financial services industry in 1974 with the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company in Philadelphia, PA. Tony is a Principal of A.J. Pettola & Associates, an organization that provides employee benefits, business secession strategies, estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and insurance programs to the business and professional community; focusing on wealth accumulation, asset preservation, and family legacy planning through leveraged tax reduction as well as planned giving strategies. He is the Principal of A.J. Pettola & Associates – Retirement Plan Services, a Third Party Administrator (TPA) and is responsible for plan recommendations and design, employee education and customer relations. He is the District General Agent for Aviva Life & Annuity Company as well as an Investment Advisor with Ameritas Investment Corp., where he also is the Supervising Principal located at an OSJ (Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction) with responsibility of overseeing independent securities professionals.
As a managing member of Xpress Health Care he brings his vast knowledge and experience to the firm. He instills the value of integrity in everything he does and believes that the formula for success is that “Success is a Succession of Successful Failures”.
Tony has lived in Yardley, PA with his wife Debbie since 1990, has 2 living children and two grandchildren.

William Ervin III – CFO
William A. Ervin III, drawing on over 15 years of corporate experience from mid-sized to fortune 200 companies, he is responsible for ensuring the financial and accounting controls for Xpress Healthcare. Working with the founders and management team he will help grow and maintain one of the most financially rewarding business opportunities within the country.
Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and holds a master’s degree in business administration. Currently Bill is an adjunct professor at Bucks County Community College and serves on the Craft Advisory Committee for the Bucks County Technical High School.
Bill is a lifelong resident of Levittown, Pennsylvania where he currently lives with his wife Melissa and 4 children.

Corporate ABO Mentor
Michael (Mike) P. DeFore is our Corporate Affiliate Business Owners (ABO’s) Mentor of Xpress Healthcare, LLC. DeFore joined Xpress Healthcare in October 2010 and was the first ABO mentor brought into the company by the founders. Since then, DeFore’s leadership skills and passion have become hallmarks of his tenure at the company.
DeFore and the company’s business and technical leaders are focused on continuing Xpress Healthcare’s innovation and leadership across the company’s core businesses. Xpress Healthcare’s goal is to provide an integrated, high-tech platform to enable a seamless experience across a wide range of industry standards to help assist our Affiliate Business Owners.
Variously described as ebullient, focused, funny, passionate, sincere, hard-charging and dynamic, DeFore has infused Xpress Healthcare with his own brand of energetic leadership, vision and spirit since he started.
DeFore was born in May 1963, and grew up in Michigan, where his father worked as an Executive at General Motors. He graduated from high school and immediately went into the military to serve his country. After the military, he worked for over 10 years at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as he started out as a Telecommunications Specialist and worked his way up to a Network Control Center Manager.
From EDS, DeFore has held various executive leadership positions with Sprint out of Irving, TX and the Mieka Corporation out of Lewisville, TX. In December of 2001 following a burning desire to be his own boss, DeFore founded Total Network Solutions (TNS). TNS quickly became recognized as an industry leader in network support and customer relations, priding itself for setting a new standard for customer service in the Telecommunications industry.
After several years of developing core customer service principles, DeFore saw a burgeoning market in mortgage protection, life insurance.
Within a two year period, starting from scratch, DeFore, built one of the largest and reputable insurance agencies in the mortgage protection industry. DeFore’s agency grew to 165 agents in 16 states within a two year period. While growing the agency, a constant resounding problem was identified. The problem that kept presenting itself, was families lack of affordable healthcare coverage. Having built successful businesses across industry lines, like before, DeFore will use his adventuresome spirit and real world business experience to build the Xpress Healthcare business model to meet the need he found so prevalent. That need is an affordable solution to healthcare for every family in America!
After securing a support platform for the insurance agency that he built, DeFore has dedicated his resources and 100% of his attention to the growth of Xpress Healthcare, the support of its ABO’s, and the mission of meeting the healthcare needs of millions of deserving families. Xpress Healthcare is proud of the partnership with DeFore and that he shares the passion and vision of the corporate founders.
DeFore currently lives in Lewisville, TX with his wife Margaret of 24 years. Together they have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
